Product Features
• The shovel tooth heat sink is an aluminum (copper) plate formed at one time through the shovel tooth processing process. The FIN and the substrate are integrally formed and have no contacts, which can exert the heat sink characteristics of efficient conduction.
• The shovel tooth process can make the fin thinner and higher (thinner than the FIN of aluminum extruded profiles), so the FIN density is high and the heat sink efficiency is high.
• Since the processing technology is one-piece scraping, with the same heat sink area, the scraping tooth process can make the heat sink lighter and the material cost lower.
• Compared with aluminum extrusion and other processes, FIN can be made wider and taller without size restrictions and can be used for heat sink of larger power chips.
• For small-batch, large-volume heat sinks, the shovel teeth can be processed from sheet metal, which also saves high mold fees!
