Product Description
A sunflower heat sink is a heat sink designed to be laid out in a radioactive material manner. Generally, extrusion processing is used, and the shapes are round, square or other shapes. It is made into a sunflower shape, which can increase the contact between the heat sink and the air, and the heat spreads to the surroundings of the heat sink through the outside of the center. Its shape allows it to receive cyclones more evenly and smoothly, and to dissipate heat more evenly. This heat dissipation effect is very fast and significant. It is particularly suitable for dissipating heat from today's components. Sunflower heat sinks are also divided into several types in terms of finished structure:
- Solid sunflower heat sink: The middle is solid aluminum, no additional parts are required, simple processing is performed and then the fan and buckles are installed to make the finished heat sink;
- Copper-plugged/Heat-tube sunflower heat sink: This type of heat sink has solid copper or large-diameter copper tubes with better thermal conductivity inserted into the middle. The copper bottom plate contacts the chip, and the heat is conducted to the sunflower through the solid copper in the middle for heat dissipation on the fins.
