Kokoelma: Extrusion Heat Sink
Extrusion Heat Sink, also referred to as heat sink extrusion or extruded aluminum heat sink, is characterized by its attractive appearance, lightweight construction, and effective heat dissipation capabilities, contributing to energy savings. In essence, the aluminum heat sink extrusion technology involves heating aluminum ingots to temperatures between 520~540℃. This molten aluminum is then pressed under high pressure through a grooved heat sink extrusion mold, resulting in the formation of the extruded heat sink material. The commonly seen extruded aluminum heat sink is produced by cutting and shaping the extrusion material. This technology is easily implemented with relatively low equipment costs, making it widely adopted in the low-end market. AL6063, a frequently used aluminum heat sink material, boasts good thermal conductivity and machinability.
